Dubai City Limits Delivery: Standard vehicle delivery and pickup services within Dubai city limits are operational 24/7 (around the clock).
Hotel Delivery Options: Vehicle drop-off at Dubai hotels is subject to an additional service fee and is available exclusively between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

In the event of any accident, collision, or damage, you must immediately call the Dubai Police (999) to obtain an official Police Report (Al-Krooky). Insurance coverage and waivers are legally void without a valid Dubai Police report.
