• 24-Hour Rental Basis: All rental rates are calculated on a strict 24-hour basis, starting from the exact time the vehicle is delivered to the client.

• 1-Hour Grace Period: We offer a maximum 1-hour grace period for vehicle returns. Delays exceeding 1 hour will automatically incur an additional full-day rental fee on your final invoice.

• Return Coordination: To guarantee a seamless drop-off process, clients must contact our support team at least 24 hours in advance to confirm the exact return time and location.

🚗 Vehicle Delivery & Pickup Services in the UAE

• Free Car Hire Dubai Airport Delivery: If you rent a car in Dubai for more than 2 days, vehicle delivery and pickup at Dubai International Airport (DXB) terminals or the Karaplus main headquarters is 100% free of charge.

• Dubai City Limits Delivery: Standard vehicle delivery and pickup services within Dubai city limits are operational 24/7 (around the clock).

• Hotel Delivery Options: Vehicle drop-off at Dubai hotels is subject to an additional service fee and is available exclusively between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

• Inter-City Delivery (Other Emirates): Deliveries outside Dubai (such as Abu Dhabi or Sharjah) are subject to an inter-city transport fee and are operated between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

• Mandatory Vehicle Inspection Video: To protect your financial liability and accurately document the vehicle’s pre-rental condition, clients are required to take a detailed walk-around video (both interior and exterior) during vehicle handover and return.

💳 Cheap Car Rental Dubai Security Deposit & Financial Terms

• Standard Refundable Deposit: A security deposit is authorized at handover to cover potential UAE traffic fines, Salik (tolls), or parking fees. This deposit is fully refunded within 10 days after vehicle return—the exact legal timeframe required for the Dubai Traffic Police and RTA systems to finalize records.

• Rent a Car in Dubai No-Deposit Option: Karaplus offers a specialized Zero-Deposit car rental plan via our premium waiver coverage packages, allowing international travelers to rent a car without blocking any credit card limits or cash.

• Same-to-Same Fuel Policy: Fuel costs are the sole responsibility of the renter. Vehicles operate on a Same-to-Same fuel policy. Please return the car with the exact same fuel level as received to avoid localized refueling surcharges.

• Daily Mileage Policy: There is no mileage limit for all vehicles except luxury cars. Luxury vehicles are subject to a mileage limit of 250 km per rental day, calculated based on the total number of rental days. For example, a 4-day rental includes a total mileage allowance of 1,000 km. Any mileage exceeding this limit will be charged according to the applicable excess mileage rate.

• Salik Smart Toll Gates: All fleet vehicles are equipped with an automated RTA Salik smart tag. Accumulated toll charges will be calculated upon vehicle return and billed directly to your final invoice.

• Dubai Parking Fees: All public RTA parking, private parking, hotel valets, and airport parking fees during the rental duration are the sole responsibility of the renter.

• Car Wash Fee: If the vehicle is returned significantly dirtier than its initial delivery condition, a standard vehicle valeting/car wash fee will be applied.

• Dubai Driving Regulations: Traffic fines and speed limits in the UAE are strictly enforced and costly. Please adhere to all local road laws and guidelines provided during the vehicle handover.

• Car Rental Insurance & Accidents: All Karaplus fleet vehicles come equipped with standard basic insurance. In the event of any accident, collision, or damage, you must immediately call the Dubai Police (999) to obtain an official Police Report (Al-Krooky). Insurance coverage and waivers are legally void without a valid Dubai Police report.
